1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Connected Service (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering or using any of the tools, APIs, Discord bots, technical guides or services provided on https://serviciotrabajo.com, you (hereinafter, "the User", "you") accept bindingly and unconditionally these Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, "Terms", "ToS").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service and must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a comprehensive legal agreement between you and Connected Service.

2. General Description of the Service

Connected Service operates as a comprehensive "Tools Hub" that provides high-fidelity utilities primarily aimed at:

3. Eligibility Conditions and Account Registration

To use certain parts of our Platform (such as saving Webhooks histories or accessing Premium tools), the creation of an account through our integrated identity provider (Clerk) is required.

3.1. Minimum Age

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, for example, 16 years of age in certain regions of the EEA). By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3.2. Veracity of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. Using aliases, fake accounts (smurfs), or temporary disposable emails may result in immediate account cancellation.

3.3. Account Security

You are entirely and solely responsible for safeguarding the password or single sign-on (SSO) credentials that you use to access the Platform. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

4. Use License and Intellectual Property

4.1. Limited License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and make personal, strictly non-commercial (unless otherwise specified in specific tools) use of the Platform.

4.2. Use Restrictions (Code of Conduct)

By accessing our tools, you agree to NOT do any of the following:
1. Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code or decrypt any network associated with the Platform.
2. API and Infrastructure Abuse: Sending automated requests, mass scraping, use of unauthorized spiders or bots that may overload or deteriorate the performance of our servers (DDoS attacks, brute force).
3. Malicious Use of Tools: Use our Webhook Studio or Discord Format to send spam, phishing links, malware, hate speech, unsolicited NSFW content, or any material that violates Discord's Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual Property Infringement: Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our self-designed tools or the content of our guides without explicit attribution and written permission.

4.3. Connected Service Rights

All graphic design, site architectural compilation, text, graphics, logos, button icons, tool scripts (PHP/JS) and structured data are the exclusive property of Connected Service or used under permissive licenses from third parties. The compilation of all content on this site is our exclusive property and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. User Generated Content

Certain features of the Service may allow users to post, link, store, share and make available certain information, text, graphics, profiles or other material ("Content").

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display such Content in connection with the Service (for example, displaying your Trustpilot review on our home page or highlighting a guide written by you).

You warrant that your Content does not violate the privacy, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

6. Integrations and Third Party Services

The Platform integrates deeply with third-party APIs (especially the Discord and Clerk API).

6.1. Limitation on Integrations

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc., Rockstar Games (Take-Two Interactive for FiveM), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Discord, FiveM, GTA, as well as related names, brands, emblems and images are trademarks of their respective owners.

6.2. Advertising (Google AdSense)

To keep our "Tools Hub" services free to the community, we display advertisements provided by third-party networks, primarily Google AdSense. We do not necessarily endorse the products or services advertised and are not responsible for any interactions you have with such third-party advertisers.

7. Payment and Refund Policy (Store)

If Connected Service offers premium digital products, memberships or scripts in your "Store" section, the following conditions will apply:
1. Digital Deliverables: All software products (e.g. pre-configured Discord bots, FiveM scripts) are intangible and irrevocable.
2. Non-Refundable: Once the digital product has been downloaded or access to the repository/code has been granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except where required by applicable consumer law.
3. Technical Support: The purchase of a digital product includes basic technical support for its installation, but does not include custom code modifications unless explicitly contracted.

8. Exemption of Warranties (Disclaimer)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connected Service disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

IN NO EVENT WILL CONNECTED SERVICE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
2. Any conduct or content of a third party on the Service, including, without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct.
3. Any content obtained from the Service (such as bot setups that result in your server being penalized by third-party platforms).
4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Compensation

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Connected Service and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, directors and officers, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, b) a violation of these Terms, c) Content posted on the Platform, or d) Abusive use of Webhooks integrations.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to cancel your account, you may simply stop using the Service or request data deletion through our support.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
